Protection classes are certified by the factory to the standard you specify (for example EN ISO 13982-1 Type 5, EN 13034 Type 6, EN 14605 Type 3/4). We collect the test reports and certificates before shipment.

Order one size up from street size. Coveralls are worn over work clothes and need room to bend, kneel and reach without tearing at the seams.

Buyer FAQ

Common questions about disposable coveralls.

What is the difference between Type 5 and Type 6?

Type 5 (EN ISO 13982-1) protects against hazardous dry particles such as dust, fibers and powders. Type 6 (EN 13034) protects against a light spray or small splash of liquid chemicals. Most disposable coveralls are certified to both. For heavy spray or liquid jets you need a Type 4 or Type 3 suit with taped seams.

Should I choose SMS or microporous?

SMS is a three-layer non-woven that breathes well, so it is more comfortable for long shifts and warm conditions. Microporous film laminate gives a stronger barrier against liquids and fine particles but traps more heat. Choose SMS for dry, dusty work where comfort matters, and microporous when workers face liquids, oils or fine hazardous dust.

What size should we order?

Order one size up from street size. Coveralls go over work clothes, and a suit that is too tight tears at the crotch and shoulders when workers bend or kneel. Most programs stock M through 3XL, with S, 4XL and 5XL in smaller quantities.

Are FR-treated disposable coveralls flame resistant on their own?

No. FR-treated disposables are designed to be worn over primary flame-resistant clothing. They will not ignite and keep burning, which protects the FR garment underneath from dirt and chemicals, but they are not a substitute for primary FR protection in flash fire or arc flash areas.

What is the minimum order?

Minimums depend on the factory and the style. We can often combine sizes and styles to reach a factory minimum, and our stocking programs let you take delivery in smaller scheduled releases instead of holding a full container.

How long does it take from order to delivery?

A typical first order takes about 8 to 12 weeks from sample approval to your dock: production, inspection, ocean freight to the West Coast and customs clearance. Repeat orders on an approved style move faster, and stocking programs keep inventory ready for release.

Can the coveralls carry our brand?

Yes. We offer private label on the garment label, the inner bag and the shipping carton, along with your own style numbers and spec sheet.

How should used coveralls be disposed of?

Coveralls that are only dirty can usually go in regular waste. Coveralls contaminated with hazardous chemicals, asbestos, lead or biological material must be handled under your site's hazardous waste plan and local regulations.
