Information we collect

We only collect information you choose to give us. When you send a quote request, the form asks for your name, company, email address, phone number, the product you are interested in, your estimated volume and any details you add in the message box. If you call, text or email us, we receive the information you include in that message.

We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels or analytics tools on this website. Like all websites, our hosting provider automatically records basic technical information such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, which is used to operate and secure the site.

How we use your information

• To respond to your inquiry and prepare quotes, samples and proposals.
• To communicate with you about orders, shipments and services you request.
• To keep business records and meet legal, tax and customs obligations.

We do not use your information for unrelated marketing without your permission.

How we share information

We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share information only with service providers that help us run the business, and only as needed:

• Formspree, which processes quote form submissions and delivers them to us by email.
• GoDaddy, which hosts this website and our email.
• Google Fonts, which supplies the typefaces used on this site; your browser connects to Google to load them.
• Manufacturers, inspection companies, freight forwarders and customs brokers, when needed to fulfill a request you make.

We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry and customer information for as long as needed to respond, serve your account and meet record-keeping requirements, and then delete it.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, by emailing info@harborsl.com or calling or texting (307) 317-3334. We will respond within a reasonable time. We will not treat you differently for making a request.

This site does not currently respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals, because we do not track visitors across websites.

Security

This site uses an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, and form submissions are sent over that connection. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect the information you send us.

Children

This website is intended for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page shows when it was last changed.
